I sign, pack and post every book myself — no middleman, no warehouse.

On orders from 40 €, I deliver free of charge within Germany.
What counts is the value of the books themselves — so two volumes already take you past it. This threshold does not apply to deliveries elsewhere in the EU: for those I pay the actual international postage and pass it on to you unchanged.

Delivery time

Printed books are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment being received. The total delivery time is usually 3–7 working days within Germany and 4–12 working days to the rest of the EU. A personal dedication may add a day — I write it by hand.

Digital content is ready to download as soon as you have paid; you also receive the link by email, and it stays valid for 30 days.

Where I ship to

Printed books go to Germany and every country of the European Union — from Austria to Portugal, from Ireland to Cyprus. Within the EU there are no customs duties and no import charges; you pay exactly the price shown in your basket.

You choose the delivery country in the basket, before you go to checkout — the shipping cost then appears right next to it.

You can buy e-books worldwide, and there are no shipping costs for them.
I don't yet ship to Switzerland, the United Kingdom or further afield myself — customs duty and import tax would be added there, and I can't honestly work them out for you in advance. The printed editions are, however, available from Amazon in your own country, though without a personal signature or the self-printed postcard.

Damaged or lost in transit

I bear the risk while the parcel is in transit (§ 475 Abs. 2 BGB). If the book arrives damaged, or not at all, just get in touch — you will receive a new copy or your money back.

All prices are final prices. Under § 19 UStG (small business scheme) I do not charge VAT and therefore do not show it. The terms and conditions (in German) and the right of withdrawal (in German) apply; the shipping costs are shown to you once more during checkout, before you place your order.
