Game rules
«Sieben Blüten» is a race through two worlds: summertime Leonberg and the Ice World, joined by the Gate. Gather the blossoms before winter takes them.
Goal
Be the first to gather four of the seven blossoms. Once every blossom is gone, whoever holds more wins.
Game modes
- Against the computer — at three levels: Easy, Normal, Hard.
- Two players on one device — taking turns; you pass the device back and forth.
- Random opponent — online; if nobody turns up, the computer takes over.
- With a friend via code — on two devices.
Your turn
A turn has two steps: 1. Roll the die. 2. Choose an action — Move or Stoke the cold.
Moving
You move forward as many squares as the die shows. At a fork you choose your path — the paths lead to different blossoms. Every blossom you move across is gathered automatically.
Stoking the cold
Instead of moving, you drive winter onward: the next squares at the edge of the Ice World freeze over, and their blossoms are lost to everyone. That is how you snatch away a blossom your opponent is just about to reach. You have three charges (❄ ❄ ❄) per game.
The squares
- ❀ Blossom — gather it by moving across it.
- ⟁ Gate — the gate between the two worlds.
- ☁ Fog — land on it and you miss the next round.
- ❄ Frozen — frozen squares; any blossoms on them are lost.
- ⚑ Start · ⌂ Homecoming — the beginning and the end of the path.
Winter advances
After every round the cold creeps one square further of its own accord and freezes blossoms at the edge of the Ice World. Wait too long and you lose the distant blossoms (Gold, Rose) to winter — so don’t hesitate.
Knocking your opponent back
If your move ends exactly on your opponent’s square, you knock them three squares back. They keep their blossoms, but lose ground and time. At forks you can steer straight for them — a good knock can turn a game around.
End of the game
Whoever has four blossoms first wins at once. Once all seven blossoms are gone (gathered or frozen), whoever holds more wins; if the score is level, the game ends in a draw.
Tips
- The warm blossoms (White, Ash, Silver) never freeze — collect them early.
- The ice blossoms (Emerald, Sapphire, Rose, Gold) are in danger: grab them quickly or freeze them out of your opponent’s reach.
- Save a cold charge for when your opponent is close to their fourth blossom.
- A well-aimed knock at the right moment costs your opponent precious squares.
